All services are provided “as is.”
5. Payments & Refunds
- Payment terms are agreed upon before project start
- Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled case-by-case

All website content, processes, templates, and documentation are the property of SellerContacts unless otherwise stated.
Clients receive usage rights for delivered data and materials but not ownership of internal systems or methodologies.
